Founder/CEO Dedrick Tillerson is no stranger to the world of sports. The Henderson, KY native who now resides in Atlanta, GA has been in and around the sports world for over 20 years. Dedrick is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he was a Student-Athlete in the sport of Track and Field. While at UK Tillerson as a decorated student-athlete having garnered many SEC recognition from both a 400 hurdler and sprinter. Tillerson still sits as 3rd all-time hurdler at the University of Kentucky. 

After Graduation Tillerson set his sights on a professional track career having trained under some of the top coaches in the country and completed on many amazing stages as well as completing his level 1 USA Track and Field Coaches Certification. In 2010 Tillerson retired from track and field and moved his sights on serving the LGBT community in Atlanta, GA in any capacity and quickly making an approach to the LGBT sports scene. Having served as executive board member for the DC Sentinels, working with the likes of the National Gay Basketball Association, and North American Gay Volleyball Association as well as serving as an executive board member for Atlanta's Black Gay Pride.
Bry’an E. Onweazuekwu is Co-Founder and Vice-President, of 4US Sports, LLC and 4US Foundation, Inc., where he oversees the Administrative & Logistic Operations for each entity respectively. Currently, as a Washington, DC resident Bry’an is pursuing a Business degree at the University of the District of Columbia with expectations of furthering his education at Howard University’s School of Business. 

 Bry’an holds professional memberships with the National Funeral Directors & Morticians Association, Inc., National Notary Association, and the Atlanta Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. Having attained many accomplishments he mentions his greatest is maintaining an Undetectable HIV Status, which he attributes to his faith, family and healthcare providers at Whitman-Walker Health.

 As seen through the eyes of family, friends and colleagues Bry’an E. Onweazuekwu has been deemed brave, outgoing, unapologetically authentic, a Jack of All trades and the list continues however, the humbled Miami native just views himself as one person trying to create change in this world! 

A Native from Indianapolis, IN, Jefferee attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN where he majored in Retail Management. Currently a resident of Atlanta, GA metro area where he's been living since 2007. As a retail professional of 15 years, 10 of those years, he has managed retail operational compliance, profit and loss and adhering to budgets to ensure maximum profits. Jeff is definitely excited to be a part of the 4US family, and look forward to being a part of the great things that are coming in the near future.
Jacory Lang, Co-Founder and  Vice President/Recruiting Director is no stranger to the basketball world At 35 years old he has accomplished a lot in such little time. This includes 2 state championship, national junior college championship, division 1 athlete, United States Navy Veteran, Women assistant basketball coach. Jacory graduate in 2008 from Morgan State University with a degree in public relations. Since then Jacory has spent his efforts promoting and building national gay basketball teams.
